Public Lecture at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin Sao Paulo meets Berlin:
Cities for All – Livable and Sustainable

Smart and integrated solutions are essential to make Megacities like Sao Paulo more livable, which means to focus on innovation in sustainable Food Production, Energy, Water and Waste management. Combining sustainable land use with ecological design and farming, urban greening and green technologies can help to reduce urban disasters and can also improve urban life. Therefore, international scientific cooperation is necessary to explore the new challenges in a globalized world and to discover joint solutions.
For this purpose Brazilian scientists from the Universidade de Sao Paulo, Brazil, will give a public lecture about problems and solutions in Brazil’s Megacity. We welcome all interested scientists and students. Weiter hier
