Objectives of the Stakeholder Meetings

  • Promote interactions and sharing of experiences among academic staff and students from the partner universities.
  • Share lessons and insights from ValueSeC project research and related research from partner universities.
  • Interact with and receive feedback from stakeholders including those from research, policy and government institutions.
  • Visit farmers’ fields to have real experience of horticulture value chains in Kenya.
  • Listen to farmers and understand practical challenges and potential solutions to climate change issues in their horticulture value chains.
