The aim of the IDARI Project is to analyse institutional change and its influence in innovation of rural areas in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The five secondary objectives of the project are: - To test existing hypotheses of institutional change in CEE, -The development of a method for analysing institutional change, - Data collection, - Identification of the role of innovation in rural areas, - The improvement of information and knowledge between the project partners. The project consists of scientists and doctoral students from CEE countries.
