Thierry Kinkpe in Benin for the project “capacity building in applied CGE modeling”, which aims at enabling staff from ministries and statistical offices to conduct ex-ante policy analysis with CGE models. The project is conducted in co-operation with local scientist Femi Hounnou and with GIZ. This is the second workshop of the third phase of the project.
