  • Prof. Stokes is head of the Working Group Food and Health
  • The working group works in close collaboration with the group Nutrients and Health, also led by Prof. Stokes at the Department of Molecular Toxicology, German Institute of Human Nutrition Potsdam-Rehbrücke (DIfE).
