Sergio Villamayor-Tomas at the UN headquarters
On 18th of March, Sergio Villamayor-Tomas was invited to deliver a presentation at the UN headquarters for the Water Decade Program to students from Oxford University. He lectured on water governance and politics in Spain and the Ebro river watershed.
