The Resource Economics Group advances economic research on
sustainability transformations, in particular:
- Climate change: implementation gaps, political economy and
collective action - Cities and municipalities, utilities, energy, water and financial sector
- Archetype analysis as an approach to study social-ecological-
technical systems
We have a strong theoretical background in environmental and resource economics, political economy and institutional economics. Our research employs and combines quantitative and qualitative methods -- game theory, simulation, and comparative case studies.
