From Votes to Megawatts: Konrad Bierl at the European Public Choice Society Conference
Our PhD student Konrad Bierl participated in the European Public Choice Society Conference in Madrid from March 23–26. During the conference, he presented his paper, “From Votes to Megawatts: Policy Outcomes of Local Elections,” as part of a session on environmental policy. The conference also featured a wide range of engaging discussions on topics such as local government budgets, gender discrimination in politics, as well as debates on populism, liberalism, and other key issues in political economy.
