"Developing poultry processing in Benin: the potential of domestic preference shifts and trade policies" has been published in International Economics and Economic Policy. Overall, our findings highlight that working toward shift in consumer preference is an alternative to trade restriction policies in supporting infant industries and boosting domestic production, contributing to the infant industry argument.
