On the 8^th of February (Wednesday) at 12:00 pm, Mr. Rami Kakish will defend his MSc thesis entitled "Analysis of the economy-wide impacts of water scarcity in Jordan based on a water-focussed social accounting matrix". Mr. Kakish improved the depiction of water in an existing IFPRI-SAM and constructed a multiplier-model to investigate the implications of a water for electricity agreement with Israel.

The defense will take place in our group room 2.26.
