Technical assistance to developing countries and project management in the area of private sector development and public sector reform with the following major tasks (presented by country):
  • Germany: preparation of technical and financial proposals for development cooperation projects, project coordination, monitoring & evaluation of projects
  • Bolivia: Fact-finding missions and elaboration of the tender documents for: 1) a project on institutional reform and civil society participation; 2) a pre-investment study on the construction of an irrigation canal in the Andean highlands
  • Costa Rica: Support of the GFA regional office during its start-up period
  • Panama: Elaboration of the Strategy for Sustainable Development of the Colón Province
